About the Role

The Executive Chef will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and creative flavors;
  • Culinary operations management, including kitchen staff supervision and inventory control;
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation;
  • Collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior culinary role;
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field;
  • Proven track record of menu development and implementation;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
