Key Responsibilities

  • Change Management: Make proposals for the change management strategy to frame self-serve in order to develop the use of data.
  • Documentation and Communication: Effectively document and communicate analyses and recommendations to stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
About the Team

Our Digital team is comprised of over 300 specialists who work in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology, and continuously improve processes.

As a member of our Martech sector, you will be part of a team of 10 colleagues and report to the Senior Director of Martech Analytics. Our team is dynamic and seeks to change the landscape of marketing and digital customer experience.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in using data to argue and convince in a professional context.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate the business implications of data to a variety of audiences, including non-specialists.
  • Business Analysis Skills: Business analysis skills in a technology-driven ecosystem.
  • Experience in Business Process Transformation: Experience in business process transformation, change management, and continuous improvement.
  • Data Analytics Tools: Experience in using data analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Snowflake, Power BI.
