Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their experience is positive and memorable.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the high standards that our customers expect from us.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, walking, and lifting.
