Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patrons, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Front Office Administration: Manage daily front office operations, including filing, administrative duties, and preparing reports.
- Program Coordination: Assist with program coordination, including organizing equipment, updating staff manuals, and ensuring program information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Facility Monitoring: Monitor the facility and report any issues or concerns to management.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with recreation staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Education: Grade 12 Diploma
- Experience: Demonstrated experience working in a recreation, retail, or tourism field
- Skills: Well-developed customer service and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to work in a team environment
- Certifications: Current First Aid and CPR certificates, and Ministry of Labour Worker Health and Safety Awareness training
This is a part-time position with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. A valid Ontario driver's licence, Class "G", with a clean driving record is required.
