We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our team at Northern Sustainable Developments ltd. The successful candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction, with experience in preparing layouts, measuring, cutting, and assembling materials. They will also be responsible for building foundations, installing floor beams, and erecting walls and roof systems.

The ideal candidate will have a Registered Apprenticeship certificate and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the trade. They will be comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy and dusty environments. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to instruct apprentices and supervise other workers.

The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week, with a valid driver's licence and own vehicle. They will also be required to wear steel-toed safety boots, a hard hat, and safety glasses/goggles. We offer a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
