Sr. Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Project Coordinator to support our Commercial Banking initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Collaborate with project managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to align migration tasks with business goals.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and risk logs.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and migration activities across teams.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor project risks and issues, escalating them as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with resource allocation and ensure all teams have the tools and support needed for successful migration.
  • Support testing, validation, and sign-off activities for data migration milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal banking policies throughout the migration process.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in project coordination.
  • Experience in the Commercial banking LOB, employee experience, digital, and change management.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
