Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, and direct the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of our store, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the store, ensuring that it is always welcoming and inviting to our customers.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of success.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
