Store Director

KJ\u2019s Best Cannabis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise store staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Operations: Plan, organize, and direct daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and staff performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
