We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at KJ\u2019s Best Cannabis. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail staff and overseeing the daily operations of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Determine staffing requirements and schedule staff to meet business needs.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and control store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- College diploma or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 months of retail management experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
