Store Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at KJ\u2019s Best Cannabis. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail team and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Operations: Plan, organize, and direct daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a positive shopping experience, addressing their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Staffing: Determine staffing requirements and manage scheduling to meet business needs.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
