Job Summary

Ghag Brothers Food Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room and kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Establish work schedules
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
