At Ghag Brothers Food Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations. Your primary focus will be on supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that all food and service meet our high quality control standards. You will also be responsible for training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as estimating ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
* Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards

**Requirements:**

* No degree, certificate, or diploma required
* 1 to less than 7 months of experience
