Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, supervising and coordinating activities of staff, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and establish work schedules.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is essential for this role.
