Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Advance Plus Tech Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, including preparing new hire packets and scheduling orientation sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and COBRA administration.
  • Provide support for employee relations, including investigating and resolving employee complaints and concerns.
  • Assist with training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee participation.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in human resources or a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
