Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Advance Plus Tech Solutions Inc.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, coordinating seminars and conferences, planning and controlling budgets, and establishing and implementing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • Manage training and development strategies
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Oversee the development of communication strategies
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS Excel
  • MS Word
  • MS Office
Work Environment:

The Human Resources Administrator will work in a fast-paced office environment with a team of professionals.
