Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Ruran Korean Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for planning and executing menu items, managing kitchen operations, and leading a team of cooks and kitchen assistants.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and prepare menus, estimate food requirements, and ensure timely execution of menu items.
- Kitchen Management: Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Team Leadership: Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and kitchen assistants.
- Food Safety and Quality: Maintain high standards of food safety and quality, ensuring that all menu items meet our high standards.
- Inventory and Supplies: Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving goods.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
