Role Overview

The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of supporting high-level executives in a fast-paced environment. Our client, a leading real estate agency, is seeking a skilled and organized Executive Assistant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including preparing materials and information for meetings.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including managing emails and phone calls.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with managing ongoing projects and ensuring they align with strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
