Sales Leadership Opportunities for Senior Living Professionals

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and passion for senior living to drive business growth and deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities- Nurturing key relationships with local referral sources to generate high-quality leads;
- Developing and executing strategic marketing events on-site to promote the Sunrise Story;
- Designing and implementing creative tactics to convert leads into move-ins;
- Training and mentoring new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles;
- Reinforcing the community's brand reputation and achieving maximum occupancy goals through proactive sales and marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated sales experience in senior living, hospitality, or related healthcare environments (e.g., hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, long-term care facilities, hospices, CCRCs, or home health agencies);
- A successful track record of identifying and building local relationships to drive business;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to facilitate small-group presentations;
- Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities with exceptional organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills, as well as a deeply ingrained passion for seniors;
- Schedule flexibility to work one weekend day per week (usually a Tuesday-Saturday schedule) and some evenings as necessary;
- Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, as well as the ability to learn new applications (previous knowledge of client relationship management tools for tracking leads is a plus).
