Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at HEPHAESTUS HOMES LTD. The successful candidate will assist in the construction and renovation of buildings, working on various projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Work Environment

The Construction Labourer will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, often in noisy and dusty conditions. The successful candidate must be physically fit and able to work under pressure.

Requirements
  • Experience in construction or a related field is an asset
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
