Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Hephæstus Homes Ltd. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction of buildings, including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials
  • Erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Assisting in demolishing buildings
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites
Work Environment:

As a Construction Labourer, you will be working outdoors in a construction site environment. You will be exposed to noise, dust, and other hazards associated with construction work.

Requirements:
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work as part of a team
