Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at HEPHAESTUS HOMES LTD. as a key member of our construction team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling forms and scaffolding, and assisting in framing houses and building roofs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Assisting in demolishing buildings
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites
Requirements:
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience an asset
