About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of our fast-food establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine and implement operational procedures for efficient service delivery
  • Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and related reports
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure team effectiveness
  • Maintain inventory levels and organize stockroom
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are upheld
  • Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Address customer complaints and provide exceptional customer service
  • Direct, control, and evaluate daily operations for optimal performance
Working Conditions
  • Supervise 3-4 team members
  • Frequent attention to detail required
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent client focus and dependability
  • Ability to work flexibly and be organized
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
  • A permanent full-time position with 30-40 hours of work per week
