Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service.

Job Description

The Service Leader/Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a clean and organized dining area and kitchen;
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and standards;
  • Scheduling and supervising restaurant staff;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports;
  • Monitoring inventory levels and controlling costs;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • A strong understanding of restaurant operations and procedures;
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
Compensation and Benefits

  • An estimated salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year;
