We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Auto Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for advising new and existing clients on how to best protect their assets when it comes to automobile insurance.
Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with clients, colleagues, and automobile dealership representatives
- Creatively offer a diverse selection of ICBC and private insurance products
- Process a wide variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more
- Upsell and cross-sell other insurance products from our other departments
- Perform administrative duties, such as answering the phone and inventory restock
- High school education or equivalent
- Level 1 Insurance License is an asset, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
- A competitive salary range of $40,000.00 to $42,000.00
- Comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages, including extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses and commissions
