As a Personal Insurance Associate, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients protect their most valuable assets. Your exceptional client service skills and product knowledge will shine as you educate clients on their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.

A Day in the Life:

  • Engage with clients to understand and advise on their insurance needs, developing the best coverage for their personal insurance needs.
  • Follow up on sales leads and referral prospects to ensure timely and accurate processing of policies.
  • Process and conduct renewals, ensuring policies are issued accurately and on time.
  • Achieve sales and retention goals, driving business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on our Personal Lines and Auto products through continuous education and learning opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 1-year Personal Insurance experience.
  • Level 2 General Insurance License is an asset, but not required.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service and drive sales initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and maintain a high level of knowledge in our products.
