Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train employees to achieve operational targets
- Analyze facility layout and improve efficiencies through effective SKU slotting and pick path optimization
- Manage inventory, warehouse management, quality control, SOX, and audit compliance
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in operations management
- Previous experience working in a unionized environment would be a strong asset
- Valid 'G' class driver's license
