Your Role

As a Distribution Leader-Supervisor, you will report to the Distribution Warehouse Leader-Manager. You will provide hands-on leadership within a fast-paced environment and ensure that time-sensitive schedules are met safely and on time in all food-manufacturing environments. You will lead lead hands, ensure warehouse schedules are met, deal with problems that may occur, coordinate manpower, check proper methods and procedures, and maintain quality, safety, and environment standards.
