About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Credit Analyst to join our team in the Credit Portfolio Management Group (CPM). As a Credit Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing a portfolio of large US corporates and subsidiaries of non-US groups in diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare comprehensive credit analyses, review legal documentation, and monitor portfolio performance under the supervision of a Senior Credit Analyst.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assess credit quality, recommend credit limits, terms, and conditions, and ensure compliance with SGUS Credit Policies.
  • Propose and update Obligor Risk Ratings, monitor compliance with covenants, and review relevant legal documentation.
  • Liaise with CPM teams, business lines, Bankers, legal & compliance, operations, and Risk department to ensure seamless execution of credit analysis and portfolio management.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience as a credit analyst in a corporate and investment banking entity or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Strong financial analytical skills, ability to assess credit terms and conditions, and proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of capital markets, traded products, and committed financing facilities.
