**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare comprehensive credit analyses and reviews of corporate counterparties
* Review legal documentation and propose changes as necessary
* Monitor compliance with covenants and credit policies
* Liaise with other teams, business lines, and stakeholders

**Requirements:**

* 8-10 years of experience as a credit analyst in a corporate and investment banking entity or related field
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
* Strong financial analytical skills and ability to assess credit terms and conditions
* Strong understanding of commercial and investment banking products and accounting principles
* Proficiency in Word and Excel
