About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at Dania Care Services Limited Partnership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and support to patients in a nursing home setting, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as administering first aid in emergency situations.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, and report any concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including making beds and ensuring patients' rooms are tidy.
  • Supervise patients' exercise routines and provide support and encouragement to help them stay active and engaged.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
