Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Anniesplace Group Care Corp. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Assist with medication administration and documentation.
  • Participate in patient care planning and implementation.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or a related field an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
