We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Randstad Canada. This 2-month contract in Markham offers a great opportunity for you to gain experience with a top 5 bank.

This hybrid role involves working on-site for 2 days and remotely for the remaining days, providing flexibility and work-life balance. The pay rate is $24 per hour, making it an attractive option for those looking for a stable income.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and post-secondary education. Accuracy and productivity are essential qualities for this role, along with Excel experience and at least 3 years of administrative or related experience.

This position involves various responsibilities, including renewal work, policy review, updating incorrect information, and releasing policies to customers. The selected candidate will be responsible for validating screens to ensure accuracy and quality.
