About the Role
  • This position reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
  • The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and be fluent in English.
Responsibilities
  1. Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  2. Determine Type of Services to be Offered: Analyze market trends and customer preferences to determine the type of services that should be offered, such as catering or events.
  3. Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly assess team members' performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure they meet their goals.
  4. Ensure Health and Safety Regulations are Followed: Develop and maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and protocols.
  5. Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
