About the Role:

Fryday's Authentic Fish & Chips is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service establishment or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Standing for extended periods and attention to detail.
