Restaurant Operations Manager

At Wendys, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed and that our restaurant meets all relevant standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Prepare and submit reports to management as required
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure that we are operating within our means
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that we are making informed business decisions
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that we are meeting our business objectives
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that we have adequate staffing levels
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that we are meeting our business objectives

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Ability to supervise and coordinate the activities of staff
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Ability to plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives
  • Ability to ensure that health and safety regulations are followed
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
