Restaurant Manager Job Description

Pizza Pizza is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability and make informed decisions about menu pricing, inventory, and labor costs.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of staff members, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and meeting the restaurant's standards.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the restaurant's inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase sales and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook.
Working Conditions

The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with regular exposure to customers, staff, and kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment, communicate effectively, and make sound decisions in a timely manner.
