As a Food Service Supervisor at Tim Hortons, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff to ensure exceptional customer experience and efficient restaurant operations. In this role, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage. You will also be responsible for establishing methods to meet work schedules, estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and preparing budget and cost estimates.
