Senior SharePoint Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SharePoint Business Analyst to join our team at S.i. Systèmes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying IM requirements from technical configurations, client consultations, and policies to support a complex SharePoint Online and M365 project.
Project OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating business consultation sessions for IM and business requirements, developing IM workflows based on work process mapping, and consulting with stakeholders to produce comprehensive business requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate business consultation sessions for IM and business requirements;
- Develop IM workflows based on work process mapping;
- Consult with stakeholders to produce comprehensive business requirements;
- Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows;
- Convert business requirements into functional specifications;
- Evaluate existing procedures and methods, and identify and document items such as information and data content, metadata, and applications subsystems;
- Define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations within applications subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems;
- Advise senior management and provide recommendations on a range of issues affecting the organization's ability to achieve the project's business objectives;
- Perform research and information gathering in conjunction with the Technical Authority to prepare for development of short term, medium term, and long term RDM/Collaboration implementation plans;
- Provide written advice and documentation for delivery of an IM governance model and governance programs;
- Make recommendations on viable IM solutions, develop system level requirements, and develop business scenarios to document system functionality;
- Communicate with deployment team leaders through meetings and status reports on progress of assigned work activities as well as report potential issues or risks;
- Develop business process renewal and migration Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to aid in the smooth transition from a manual system to an automated system;
