Senior Business Analyst

At Bronson Technical Search, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing client needs, designing data and technology solutions, and leading project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the analysis of complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Work with IT and other departments to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide detailed specifications and workflows to guide development and implementation.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and external partners.
  • Lead or participate in project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making.
  • Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Develop and deliver reports and presentations to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of successfully delivering business solutions and leading projects.
  • Expertise in business process modeling and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methods.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or Six Sigma.
  • Understanding and experience of Data, Data Strategy, and/or Data Governance.
  • Experience of workforce planning.
