We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Visual Brand Designer to spearhead the development and execution of captivating designs across various mediums.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent technical and creative skills, as well as the ability to transform concepts and ideas into visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the visual brand identity, ensuring consistency and coherence across all design projects.
  • Lead the conceptualization and creation of visually appealing design elements for marketing and sales collateral, including brochures, whitepapers, welcome handbooks, and social media assets.
  • Develop design requirements in consultation with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage timelines and prioritization of workload, and know when to ask for direction.
  • Maintain a meticulously organized repository of content files, facilitating seamless collaboration and efficient asset management.
  • Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, GSuite, and Figma.
  • Competitive analysis and creating content according to the latest market trends.
  • Oversee post-production processes, including editing and refining photography and videography assets.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • A strong design portfolio and resume showcasing your ability to design for email, social, and print.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline.
  • Five or more years of experience in professional graphic design, working on design projects for both online and print.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, GSuite, and Figma.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
  • Knowledge of best practices for graphics and video content in various mediums.

Clearpath Robotics offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
