As part of its growth strategy, BinSentry is seeking an experienced Electronics Systems Design Engineer to join its team in KW.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building new hardware, ensuring system reliability through testing in our environmental chamber, and collaborating with the team to meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design digital, analog, and power circuits in Altium
  • Ensure designs comply with regulatory requirements
  • Run tests in our environmental chamber to ensure system reliability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience designing electronic systems and PCBs
  • Trained and experienced in applying Statistical Process Control (SPC) to medium volume manufacturing
  • Capable of hand soldering small SMD components (0402 or smaller)
  • Some exposure to writing firmware in C either directly on microcontrollers or with an RTOS
