We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Lead to join our team at Affinity Search. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the customer journey, ensuring that every interaction with our company meets high standards of customer satisfaction and engagement.

About the Role

The CX Lead will be responsible for managing customer service teams, improving service processes, gathering and analyzing customer feedback, and implementing strategies to boost customer loyalty and resolve any issues effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of customer service teams, ensuring seamless delivery of services
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and experience
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to inform strategic decisions
  • Leverage insights to drive business growth and improve customer loyalty

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can lead by example and inspire our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business, Business Management, or Commerce (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations management or customer-facing roles
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and driving business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and drive insights-based decision making

You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
