Human Resources Coordinator

CB Canada is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join their Toronto HR team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating the full scope of people operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, health & wellness, and employee relations & programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the management of various programs and initiatives that help develop and engage employees.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding to ensure a positive and smooth transition.
  • Support bi-monthly payroll and monthly benefit programs.
  • Manage Dayforce employee records, documents, and update information accordingly.
  • Support employees with their inquiries on a variety of employment-related matters.
  • Provide employees and managers with administrative support with HR-related processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Ensure employee confidentiality and privacy through the management of personal data.
  • Annually review people's policies and programs to ensure alignment with government regulations.
  • Plan employee special events.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources Administration role.
  • Ceridian Dayforce experience.
  • Some exposure to payroll.
  • Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Passion for excellence and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to execute HR and business strategy with speed, accuracy, and passion.
