We are seeking an experienced and skilled Client Advisor to join our Commercial Auto team at Acera Insurance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical knowledge to our clients, ensuring their commercial auto insurance needs are met and exceeded.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on commercial auto insurance policies and coverage options.
- Review and process ICBC and private auto renewals, endorsements, new plate policies, and cancellations.
- Work collaboratively with the Commercial Auto Team to ensure service levels and client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Thoroughly review claims histories and repayment options to provide clients with informed decisions.
- Be a valuable resource for team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business growth.
- Liaise between ICBC and clients to ensure coverage needs are met.
- Assist in the batching of documents in the ICBC and Autolink systems.
- Manage commercial auto renewal lists and assist in the management of the Team's EPIC Homepage and general email box.
- Work with our Broker Management System (EPIC) and follow established workflows.
- Review private auto policy wordings and associated documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Be available to work outside of regular office hours as required.
Victoria, BC (Uptown and Royal Bay Office)
Permanent full-time employment (37.5 hrs/week)
Hours 8:30am – 5:00pm
$45K - $55K per year
Qualifications:- General Insurance level 2 license is considered an asset.
- CAIB and/or CIP Designation, or on an education plan.
- 2 years ICBC experience is considered an asset.
- Fleet/Garage experience is considered an asset.
- High degree of professionalism and integrity.
