Client Advisor, Personal Insurance

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Advisor, Personal Insurance to join our team at Acera Insurance. As a Client Advisor, you will work collaboratively with clients, insurance companies, and your colleagues to exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recommend and provide Auto and Personal insurance products to our clients
  • Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, changes, and service new walk-in & phone-in business
  • Update and maintain automated forms for new business, endorsements, renewal, and claims
  • Promote and recommend optimal coverage and additional products available
  • Collect payments from clients in an efficient and timely manner
  • Provide back-up support to the front desk as necessary
  • Provide an outstanding client service experience
  • Review existing client policies and market as necessary
Requirements:
  • Level 2 BC General Insurance License
  • 2 or more years of demonstrated Auto and Personal Insurance experience
  • Experience with Broker Management Systems, various company portals, Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Client-centric approach
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and insurance companies
  • Courteous and professional manner with clients and co-workers
