Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graffiti Removal Supervisor to join our team at DTES Vancouver. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading a crew to deliver high-quality workmanship and ensuring professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the painting and graffiti removal team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with team members to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide feedback.
  • Recruit and hire new team members to support the growth and development of our maintenance team.
  • Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and procedures, including uniform and attendance standards.
  • Participate in daily briefings and check-ins to stay informed about team activities and priorities.
  • Manage and distribute work orders, ensuring timely completion and quality assurance.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Provide estimates for painting jobs, including labor hours and materials required.
Requirements
  • Class 5 Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract.
  • Willingness to complete a criminal background check.
  • Ability to work within commuting distance of downtown Vancouver.
