As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading a crew to deliver high-quality workmanship in graffiti removal and painting services.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of the painting and graffiti removal team
* Conduct 90-day check-ins with technicians to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
* Recruit and hire new technicians to join our team
* Participate in daily supervisor briefings and daily check-ins
* Ensure uniform and attendance policies are followed by all team members
* Communicate with customers as needed
* Help with onboarding new technicians
* Ensure all equipment and vehicles are properly maintained

Requirements:

* Class 5 Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract
* Willing to complete a Criminal Background Check
* Within commuting distance of downtown Vancouver
