Food Service Manager

At Drifters Motel & Restaurant, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high quality standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management.
- Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and guests.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Permanent full-time position, with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- English is the primary language of communication, with occasional opportunities to work with guests who speak other languages.
