Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Canco One Stop. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and prepare and submit reports.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, and ensure that all customers receive a high level of service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
