Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Canco One Stop. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Staff Management: Supervise and check assembly of trays, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customer needs are met.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with others to achieve team goals.
